Dr. Alexandra Mora-Osoria

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Mora-Osoria’s journey into veterinary medicine is rooted in a lifelong love for animals and a deep commitment to their health and well-being. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico Arecibo, she pursued her dream of becoming a veterinarian at Auburn University, where she graduated in 2025.

As a general practice veterinarian, Dr. Mora-Osoria is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive care throughout every stage of a pet’s life. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, preventative medicine, wellness care, shelter medicine, and oncology. She believes that building strong relationships with both pets and their families is an essential part of providing high-quality veterinary care.

Her commitment to helping animals extends beyond the clinic. Dr. Mora-Osoria has traveled to Costa Rica multiple times to participate in spay and neuter programs for dogs and cats in underserved communities. These experiences have strengthened her passion for veterinary outreach and her belief in making quality veterinary care accessible to as many animals as possible.

Dr. Mora-Osoria is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion within veterinary medicine. She strives to create a welcoming, respectful environment where every client and patient feels valued and cared for.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time at the gym, baking, and caring for her cats, Hope and Miracle. Having grown up with dogs, she is grateful to now share her life with her feline companions.
